客户主管一职, 负责本公司客户以及公司研究和销售团队之间的沟通协调，保证业务各环节交流畅通无碍，并协助公司的市场开发和客户发展。

该客户主管需要对项目自始至终全程参与，负责报价制定, 客户沟通管理，项目跟进，款项催收，产品提交，发票开具等在内的一系列工作。由于公司以海外客户居多，该岗位要求具备良好的英语能力和跨文化沟通能力。客户主管将和纽约，伦敦和香港的销售人员共同开展工作，并与公司北京总部的项目经理共同确保产品准时交付。该岗位的直接上级为公司总监。
