Position: Sales Executive 销售主管 at Danwei Beijing
We’re looking for a Beijing-based sales executive to join our growing team and sell our expanding range of research products.

Main Responsibility
Driving and managing Danwei sales inside the PRC and co-ordinating with sales staff in Hong Kong, UK, and USA.

Main Duties
The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales in the PRC, new business development, and ensuring smooth communications between Danwei staff and clients, as well as co-ordinating work of Danwei’s research and sales teams. The Sales Executive will also assist in the development of new business and in finding new clients, selling Danwei’s custom research services as well as subscription services or other types of research.

The position will consist of managing close relationships with all Danwei’s clients and engaging and following up on our service and payment, from quotations and project proposals to project delivery, invoicing, and final payment.

This position is paid on commission plus basic salary, and thus has great potential for substantial remuneration with a fast-growing new service offering.

Essential Skills and Experience
• University graduate
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good people skills; friendly, open and curious
• Proven record of previous achievements, preferably in sales
• Fluency in (business) English and Chinese, both oral and written
• Ability to work on own initiative and act resourcefully to ensure work is completed on time and to high quality parameters
• Innovative with the ability to develop and sell new concepts and ideas
• Ability to collaborate with others, within and across groups around the world
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues
• Prior experience in any of the following industries: Internet / Finance / PR / Media / Research
• You must be enthusiastic, driven and competitive

Desirable
• Sales experience
• Background in software, statistics, media sales

• 具有以下任一领域的经验:互联网、金融、公共关系、媒体、研究
• 对工作具有热情,亦具紧迫感和竞争意识
